Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside or at home, we'll set up a plan for you. We will evaluate the equipment available to you before your program starts to ensure you are given exercises that are within your capabilities.
Andie has her Associates degree in Exercise Science with an additional focus on nutrition. After college, she has continued her education to get her NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Nutrition Coach Certification, NASM Certified Sports Performace Nutrition Coach and Peak Pilates Certification. She has also competed in Bikini Body Building and multiple Triathlons and Run Races where she uses her experiences to help coach people from first hand experiences.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
